Job Title: Senior Team Leader Training – Content Moderation

Location: Pune

About the Role: As a Senior Training Team Leader, you will be in a more strategic and leadership oriented role, actively participating in high-level decision-making and strategic planning. Your pivotal role involves shaping the team's strategy and direction. Additionally, you will act as a mentor and advisor to both fellow team leads and team members, leveraging your extensive experience and deeper understanding of the industry and organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively participate in significant decision-making processes at a strategic level
• Take on a mentoring role, providing guidance not only to the immediate team but also potentially to other teams or team leads, contributing to the development and improvement of team processes
• Play an active role in long-term planning and the establishment of strategic objectives for both the team and the organization
• Engage in collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely attainment of strategic outcomes

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• Must have experience managing 3+ trainers or entire shift directly with minimum supervision for >3+ years and with >=4 rating for last 12 months
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to manage daily interactions effectively. Along with good process knowledge, analytical abilities, and presentation skills
• Must be adaptable to different shifts and workdays as per process requirements
• Possesses a diplomatic and clear communication style with strong writing skills
• Maintains a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to contribute to a vibrant and diverse culture
• Demonstrate a zeal to learn new skill sets and capabilities, along with the ability to manage difficult situations with ease. Solutions-oriented and accountable mindset
• Participation in taking on additional responsibilities from managers/clients will be an added advantage
• A reliable work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection is essential for seamless business continuity
