7 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
7 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
7 years of experience or familiarity with machine learning systems.
7 years of experience or familiarity with one or more of the following languages such as SQL, R, Python or C++.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will apply critical thinking and leadership skills to analyze risks and opportunities presented by GenAI models and product features, designing a responsibility strategy that balances both. You will ynthesize expertise across cross-functional teams to prioritize issues, create testing strategies, and implement risk mitigation measures. Your responsibility extends beyond launch to include post-launch monitoring and analysis for ongoing safety and emerging trends.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Think logically and work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while influencing cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management
Function as a critical thinker and take the lead as needed.
Manage multiple executive stakeholders, influencing safety strategy and operational execution at all levels.
Make business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and innovating and scaling solutions.
Analyze ML models performance or work on Large Language Model (LLMs) and data analytics using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
