Bumble is seeking a Staff Product Manager – AI to spearhead the development of AI-driven coaching features that enhance user experiences across our platforms. This role focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to deliver personalized guidance, feedback, and recommendations that foster more successful and fulfilling connections.


As a senior individual contributor in the Product organization, you will shape and execute the product strategy for AI and coaching capabilities, partnering with cross-functional teams to build transformative, user-centered solutions that align with Bumble’s mission of fostering healthy and meaningful relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • AI Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the AI and Coaching product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company goals and user needs
  • Innovation & Execution: Develop and launch AI-driven coaching features that deliver personalized insights, conversation guidance, and behavioral nudges to improve connection outcomes
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data science, engineering, design, marketing, and trust & safety teams to integrate AI-powered features seamlessly into the Bumble product ecosystem
  • User-Centric Approach: Apply user research, experimentation, and data analytics to inform decisions, iterate on features, and drive user engagement
  • Ethical AI & Trust: Champion ethical, transparent, and inclusive AI applications that prioritize user safety and well-being.
  • Market & Industry Expertise: Stay on top of advancements in AI, behavioral psychology, and coaching technologies to identify innovative opportunities


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on building consumer-facing products
  • Proven track record of developing and launching AI-powered features or products
  • Strong familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and recommendation systems in a consumer tech context
  • Experience or interest in behavioral science, coaching methodologies, or conversational AI
  • Highly analytical, with experience in A/B testing, user segmentation, and data-informed decision-making
  • Passionate about using technology to foster meaningful human connections
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
