Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior-level Staff Product Manager to lead critical initiatives within our Trust & Safety platform for Fraud Prevention.

In this role, you will be instrumental in defining the future of our data capabilities, enabling advanced fraud detection, and building scalable, unified solutions.

You will work at the intersection of complex technical challenges and critical business needs, driving significant impact across Intuit's ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy: define and evangelize a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a high-complexity product area within fraud prevention
Technical Product Leadership: Drive the development of complex fraud infrastructure and platform capabilities, translating sophisticated technical requirements into clear product specifications. Lead the creation of generic, self-serve platforms to enable future scalability and adoption
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment: Partner deeply with data engineering, data science, and business stakeholders across multiple locations and organizational units to align on shared goals, technical approaches, and delivery timelines
Impactful Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple features and initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery that significantly improves fraud prevention
Problem Identification and Solutioning: Expertly identify the most critical problems for stakeholders, conceptualize, and "productize" solutions that avoid siloing and deliver long-term value
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise, and impactful updates to various audiences, including leadership, on project progress, strategic direction, and achieved outcomes

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience as a Senior Product Manager or equivalent, preferably within the Fraud Prevention domain
Deep understanding of the fraud prevention business domain and associated technical challenges
Proven track record of owning multiple features and a high-complexity product area
Strong technical acumen with experience working closely with data engineering and AI/ML teams, particularly in building scalable infrastructure
Exceptional ability to drive cross-team alignments and build productive relationships across diverse organizational units
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic insight into tangible product outcomes
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
