About the Team
Strategy Evaluation is a specialized QA team that prevents risks and keeps the platform safe by taking both preventative and reactive moderation of user generated text-based contents.
We are committed to monitoring the safety environment as well as ecological atmosphere of the features for Global Applications (TikTok) by providing regular evaluation and systematic analysis, as well as improving the quality of labelling to prevent vulnerability in community content and enhance accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will perform quality assessments and atmosphere evaluations of the elements on our global products, including but not limited to comments, search and sensitive words.
- You will participate in global and regional Policy Issue Projects by multiple measurements, provide feedback proactively using strong language and cultural knowledge.
- You will work closely with SPO, Product BP and other relevant stakeholders, by providing insights as well as root cause analysis under regular outputs.
- Data analysis of low quality comments in your respective market's TT atmosphere. Provide strategies and valuable feedback to Policy and PnP team for market improvement and safer TT community.
- Create a wordlist based on the user's specific strategy request, responsible for adding keywords in antidirt system and maintaining keywords in the wordlist.
- Quality assessments and atmosphere evaluations of the elements on our global products, including but not limited to comments, search and sensitive words.
- Participate in global and regional Policy Issue Projects by multiple measurements, provide feedback proactively using strong language and cultural knowledge.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent skills in the English language and respective local language: Japanese.
- You come with previous experience performing a Quality Assurance role in a Content Moderation/Content Quality/Safety environment.
- You pay attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
- Your ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to the day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
- Familiarity with Internet laws and policy regulations.
