The Role

As part our global operations team, you will be handling the takedowns, means filing reports with registrars, hosting providers, and social platforms, tracking them to resolution, and knowing which policy lever to pull for each case. Domains, URLs, social accounts, ads, marketplaces, mobile apps, and email-based abuse are all in scope.

Speed and accuracy both matter here. A takedown filed on the wrong grounds gets rejected and buys the scammer time. You will be responsible for high-quality, compliant filings and for improving the processes and automation behind them.

What You Will Do

• Execute and oversee takedowns across domains, URLs, hosting providers, social media platforms, ads, marketplaces, apps, and email-based abuse
• Work directly with registrars, hosting providers, and platform trust and safety teams to get malicious content removed
• Apply trademark, copyright, and DMCA frameworks correctly when filing enforcement requests
• Document cases clearly so outcomes are auditable and repeatable
• Identify patterns in rejections and delays, and improve our playbooks and automation accordingly
• Contribute to takedown strategies for emerging vectors such as phone numbers and messaging abuse

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in abuse handling, takedown operations, or trust and safety
• Hands-on experience with domain registrars, hosting providers, and social media reporting mechanisms
• Good understanding of ICANN DNS abuse policies and the broader DNS ecosystem
• Familiarity with platform Terms of Service and enforcement workflows
• Working knowledge of trademark and copyright enforcement
• A process-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and scalability
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Prior work with emerging abuse vectors (phone numbers, messaging platforms, app stores)
• Familiarity with phishing and impersonation threat patterns targeting financial services or crypto
  

Work Environment

• Our takedown operations run 24/7. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts, including some evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on rotation.
