Role Description

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our Content Moderation project in Bucharest (100% on-site).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protector: Ensures team discipline and accountability for each team member’s actions.
  • Evaluator: Monitors performance in productivity, discipline, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, and employee development.
  • Mentor: Provides structured coaching and individual feedback to moderators, focusing on improving decision-making accuracy, policy interpretation, efficiency, and quality of content review
  • Quality Guardian: Oversees the review of customer feedback, ensuring removal of offensive language, spam, fake reviews, and non-compliant content according to platform standards.
  • Content Oversight Controller: Supervises moderation of user-uploaded images and seller-generated content (product titles, descriptions, visuals), ensuring compliance with the project’s policies and marketplace guidelines.
  • Escalation Manager: Acts as the first point of escalation for complex or sensitive cases, ensuring proper documentation and timely reporting to internal stakeholders or client representatives
  • Informant: Prepares and delivers performance reports to both the team and Management; ensures operational and quality targets are met and clearly communicated.
  • Traffic Controller: Manages workflow according to demand (inbound volume, break scheduling, overtime requests) to meet client KPIs.
  • Coordinator: Organizes and leads regular team meetings, calibration sessions, and policy refreshers to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Compliant: Ensures strict adherence to data protection, confidentiality, and information security standards in line with company and client requirements.
  • Previous experience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety environment represents a plus 
  • Full availability to work 100% on-site
  • English language -C1

  • Results-driven: Ability to analyze operational metrics, identify challenges, and propose solutions. Solid understanding of business processes and operational KPIs.
  • Committed Mentor: Willingness to support and guide the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • IT Skills: Good command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High integrity: Strict adherence to internal policies and data protection standards.
