Are you an experienced Content Moderator ready to take the next step into leadership? Do you enjoy coaching teams, improving performance, and making impactful decisions in digital environments?

We are looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor / Content Moderation Lead to join our Trust & Safety operations in Guadalajara, where you will guide a team responsible for maintaining safe, high-quality online platforms for users worldwide.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Content Moderators / Content Analysts / Trust & Safety Specialists

  • Monitor performance based on KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics

  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and development plans for team members

  • Ensure correct application of community guidelines and content policies

  • Manage escalations, complex cases, and sensitive content decisions

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA), Policy, and Operations teams

  • Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement

  • Foster a positive team environment focused on engagement and retention

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety / Content Review environments

  • Previous experience as Team Leader or Supervisor Internal or General Use o Senior Content Moderator (with mentoring responsibilities).

Core skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities

  • Experience managing performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, quality)

  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume operations

  • Strong communication skills (English preferred)

  • High attention to detail and strong judgment

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital platforms, social media, or user-generated content environments

  • Exposure to QA, compliance, or policy enforcement processes

  • Experience handling escalations or sensitive content scenarios

  • Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, or operational metrics
