Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader based in Gurugram. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, ensure team goals are met, and handle escalations. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other departments, reporting performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of service.

Experience in customer service or operations
Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software
