The Technical Programs team in Meta’s Security, Integrity, and Investigations organization is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who has experience applying technical experience and organizational skills to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and the changing regulatory and litigation landscape. This position supports scaling infrastructure that supports legal obligations across litigation and high risk harm workflows, develop plans with engineering & cross-functional partners, and drive execution through influence or direct intervention.You will be responsible for evaluating, defining, and leading major initiatives with Legal and Security, Integrity, and Investigations partners to address high-severity harms and compliance obligations. They will manage and de-conflict executive demands in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. This work will be accomplished by working closely with legal SMEs, engineering teams, third party vendors, teammates, and cross-functional internal partners, and external organizations.

Technical Program Manager, Security, Integrity, and Investigations Responsibilities:

Identify problems that require solving and build out a compelling long-term technical vision to achieve business success
Scope problems with a cross-organization view and translate complex technical details into simple communications, serving as the golden thread across teams to drive alignment and cohesion
Define technical program or platform strategy, build plans with technical dependencies, and balance trade-offs to deliver desired outcomes
Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of technical programs from ideation, technical/data analysis, system design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation
Drive cross-organization dependencies and alignment, collaborate on success metrics, and communicate program status with stakeholders
Drive adoption of technologies across disparate components of the product/infrastructure stack, thinking through how to advance current technology
Proactively identify risks/issues, work hands-on, and partner across organizations, levels, and skill sets to mitigate and solve those

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
8+ years of technical program management or product management experience
Experience leading complex cross-functional teams that focus on the intersection of user data and litigation matters
Experience operating across a broad problem space, demonstrating critical thinking, and thought leadership
Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
Analytical and problem-solving experience with systems (large-scale for higher levels)
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

BS/MS in a technology related area of study
Previous experience in Trust & Safety, Privacy, Legal, or Security related fields
Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
Experience tracking industry and market trends to assess new and external technologies/products to solve problems
