·       Quickly handle trolls or brand attacks

·       Flag policy violations

Requirements

Education

·       Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

·       Fresh grads with strong Tik Tok knowledge can be considered

Experience

·       2-5 years experience in:

o   Social media management

o   Community management

o   Live streaming support

o   Customer service (retail is a plus)

Technical Skills

·       Strong understanding of TikTok platform & trends

·       Familiar with TikTok LIVE features

·       Fast typing & multitasking

·       Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop (bonus)

·       Able to use Google Sheets/basic reporting tool

Soft Skills

·       Quick thinker under pressure

·       Good crisis handling ability (dealing with trolls)

·       Friendly and brand-aligned communication

·       High attention to detail

·       Calm personality during live sessions
