We operate from three locations; our UK headquarters in Uxbridge, a back office in Navi Mumbai, and a UK-based warehouse, with around 150 team members across all sites. Our departments include Buying, E-Commerce, Marketing, Graphic Design, Warehouse, Accounts, and Vendor Management.

As a TikTok Live Moderator, you'll be on the frontline of keeping our communities safe — monitoring live streams in real time, enforcing TikTok's Community Guidelines, and escalating high-risk situations with speed and sound judgment.

🔍 What you'll be doing:

• Reviewing TikTok Live streams in real time and taking action on policy violations

• Identifying hate speech, harmful content, scams, and sensitive scenarios

• Escalating mental health and safety incidents through the correct channels

• Documenting decisions accurately and contributing to quality reviews

• Staying ahead of emerging trends and coded language used to evade detection

✅ What we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of TikTok and live streaming culture

• Excellent judgment in fast-moving, ambiguous situations

• Resilience and healthy coping strategies when handling distressing content

• High attention to detail and consistency under high-volume workloads

• Experience in content moderation or trust & safety (desirable)

• Fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage

• Availability for shift patterns including evenings and weekends
