Role Overview

As a Trust & Safety Investigator, you will handle incidents, disputes, fraud signals, and safety-related issues across the Muvr platform. You will conduct investigations, enforce policies, and work cross-functionally to protect marketplace integrity and maintain trust at scale.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and experienced in investigative workflows within marketplace or service-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate safety incidents, fraud cases, disputes, and policy violations involving customers, drivers, or merchants
  
• Gather evidence, document findings, and make recommendations for resolution and enforcement actions
  
• Apply trust & safety policies consistently and fairly across the marketplace
  
• Partner with Operations, Legal, Support, and Risk teams on escalations and incident response
  
• Identify trends and recurring issues to inform preventative measures and policy improvements
  
• Maintain accurate case management records and investigation documentation
  
• Support development of trust & safety playbooks, workflows, and training materials
  
• Ensure investigations are handled with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism

Qualifications

Required

• 2–4 years of experience in trust & safety, investigations, fraud operations, or risk roles
  
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgment
  
• Ability to manage sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes operational environments
  

Preferred

• Experience in marketplaces, logistics, mobility, or on-demand service platforms
  
• Familiarity with case management tools and incident response processes
  
• Experience with fraud detection, safety escalation, or customer dispute resolution
  
• Passion for building safe, trusted communities through operational excellence
