The Role

Trust & Safety Associates are responsible for enforcing the partner's policies and Terms of Use. Policy enforcement requires that we be mindful of customer experiences and satisfaction like our colleagues on Support while prioritizing the health and functioning of the entire partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

Support instructors through the verification process that takes place whenever they are attempting to upload a course through the platform
Maintain the platform quality standards through the course review process and make decisions based on established policies
Process incoming reports to keep the marketplace fair and clean of anything that threatens its capability to remain a neutral and safe space for students and instructors equally
Manage the affidavit process whenever discrepancies are found within the course review
Work on special short-term projects required and requested by the hiring client


What We Expect From You:

Excellent English skills - spoken and written (EFSET results from C1 or C2 level)
Native Portuguese speaking and writing skills.
Proactive attitude and the willingness to take the initiative without being asked to
Strong attention to detail
Handle difficult conversations and challenging situations
Ability to work without micromanagement
Strong reading comprehension and problem-solving skills.
