Trust and Safety Representative:

Responsibilities:

Content Moderation


Enforce platform rules through manual review or AI-assisted systems.
Handle reports of abusive, harmful, or rule-breaking content.
Review appeals and escalate complex moderation decisions.


Risk & Abuse Prevention


Detect and prevent fraud, scams, spam, and bot activity.
Monitor for coordinated inauthentic behavior or account takeovers.
Develop systems to mitigate abuse before it reaches users.


Fraud Detection & Investigation


Monitor for fraudulent activities (e.g., fake accounts, payment fraud, account takeovers).
Investigate suspicious behavior flagged by systems or reports.
Analyze fraud vectors, including phishing, promo abuse, chargebacks, or synthetic identities


Basic Qualifications


Minimum 6 months of Trust and Safety, Content Moderation, Data Privacy or Fraud Investigation Experience
Proficiency in English writing skills


Preferred Qualifications


Familiarity with Gen AI products
Attention to detail
Ability to quickly understand and apply usage policies and fraud investigation guidance accurately and adapt to frequent changes and new workflows
Ability to navigate to relevant signals across various tools including but not limited to login history, prompt-generations, images, API log look‑ups, secure PII handling.
Ability to identify the root cause of customer’s concerns and identify risky trends and process gaps in reviews that need to be escalated to leads/client
