We are now hiring a Trust & Safety Sales Specialist to expand our rapidly growing portfolio of Trust & Safety (T&S) clients. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the go-to-market and commercial strategy of a high-growth division serving some of the most critical roles in the digital economy.
You will bring deep expertise from the Trust & Safety ecosystem—whether BPO, platform, or adjacent vendor—and use this to consult, sell, and close with credibility. You’ll collaborate closely with our clinical, solutioning, and delivery teams, and will be empowered to directly influence our roadmap and positioning in the space.
Drive sales within the Trust & Safety segment
Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects within the T&S space (e.g. platform buyers, BPO heads of wellbeing, regional HR/T&S leads) into long-term Intellect clients.
Understand and translate T&S-specific needs into commercial solutions
Conduct discovery with prospects to uncover workforce wellbeing risks, burnout, attrition, and support gaps unique to T&S functions (e.g. content moderators, trust evaluators, escalation teams).
Co-create best-in-class proposals
Work with our solutioning and clinical teams to develop tailored wellbeing programs, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions around psychological safety, trauma-informed care, coaching, assessments, and 24/7 support.
Be the voice of the sector
Act as a subject matter expert in Trust & Safety—bringing knowledge of industry language, pain points, and buyer behavior into sales conversations and internal
Pipeline generation and relationship-building
Drive outbound prospecting and partner with marketing to build a sustainable T&S pipeline. Attend industry events and client roundtables to grow awareness and credibility.
Enable internal teams
Educate our broader sales, CS, and delivery teams on evolving needs in T&S and how to position Intellect as a leader in supporting this critical function.
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in a client-facing or consultative role within the Trust & Safety, BPO, or digital platforms space (e.g. T&S operations, wellbeing consulting, HRBP roles, vendor management)
Familiar with key decision-makers and buying patterns in T&S organizations
Comfortable leading enterprise sales conversations with credibility and insight
Strong relationship builder with high EQ, commercial instincts, and solutioning ability
Experience with benefits, mental health, or wellbeing vendors is a plus
Self-starter excited to build a commercial function in a fast-scaling environment
