Trust & Safety Analyst

We are looking for a Trust & Safety Analyst to support our policy advisory, compliance, and client strategy functions. The ideal candidate should be an MBA graduate with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and preferably prior experience in Google Ads / Meta Ads Policy Compliance.

This role comes with an expectation of a fast learning curve and moving to an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and handling end-to-end client delivery and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Review client cases related to ad account suspensions, restrictions, policy violations, and compliance concerns. 
• Analyze client websites, business models, ad accounts, creatives, and documentation to identify gaps and improvement areas. 
• Support the preparation of clear action plans, policy recommendations, audit reports, and appeal documentation. 
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, collect required information, and coordinate resolution steps. 
• Work closely with internal performance marketing, compliance, and strategy teams to help clients recover accounts and advertise safely at scale. 
• Proactively seek operational challenges in client management and overall company process to improve operational efficiency through AI tools and project management processes.

Qualifications

• MBA Graduates Preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail. 
• Ability to understand platform policies, business models, and advertiser risks
