Trust & Safety Analyst (Arabic & English) — Remote, Bulgaria

About the role: You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content and advertisements on a global digital platform, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and safety standards. Content may include sensitive material, including moderate depictions of violence.

Key Details

• Languages: Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Location: Remote (Work From home in Bulgaria) if based outside Sofia; hybrid if based in Sofia (initial training on-site, then home-based with 2 office days per month)
• Salary: 1,280 (gross monthly)
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 24-hour coverage

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic, fluent English
• Comfortable reviewing sensitive/graphic content
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment under pressure
• Candidates must hold all legal documentation required to work in Bulgaria (valid work permit/right to work, as applicable)
