Trust & Safety Analyst

• Responsible for the execution of investigative analysis, incident response, continuous improvement, and post incident review activities;
• Assisting in identification and resolution of vulnerabilities;
• Performing deep cause analysis of moderate to highly complex security issues;
• Developing IT security standards and policies according to the standards of Booking.com;
• Able to support various stakeholders to advise them the best course or actions to solve problems;
• Ensure the ongoing core objectives of the SOC are accomplished and measurable
• This role may require to be on an on-call rotation

• Broad Job Knowledge (3 - 5 years)

• Specialized diploma in health & safety, physical security and crisis management / business resilience.

• Solution oriented and result driven
• Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team

• Experienced in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools for complex incident analysis
