Trust & Safety Associate, Level 1

Our Trust & Safety team needs reinforcements! 

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Trust & Safety Specialist to contribute to our team, through proactive account verification, fraud prevention, and identity monitoring. 

You’d be joining an awesome, growing team; servicing a Peer-to-peer gaming company based in the US.

Starting salary for the Level 1 position is 110,000 RSD NET; with progression (and raises) within the vertical going through Levels 2 and 3; based on 6-month evaluations.

The working hours for this position are aligned with EST afternoon working hours, translating to night-time work here in Belgrade, between 8pm and 4am - so this is a position fit for night owls.

What You’ll Do

Review, verify, and monitor player accounts, credit cards, and ID submissions for authenticity.

Identify and escalate suspicious activity using internal tools and data comparisons.

Support fraud prevention processes by investigating irregular account behavior and payment issues.

Work cross-functionally with Customer Support and Product teams to optimize account security measures.

Maintain accurate documentation of findings and case resolutions.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, or Risk Operations (preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce).

Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.

Comfortable working with sensitive data and following strict verification guidelines.

Familiarity with KYC, AML, or chargeback review processes is a plus.

Excellent written communication skills and professional English fluency.
