The Role

We are hiring a hands-on Trust & Safety / Community Operations Lead to build and run FeverHub's moderation, community safety, escalation, and enforcement systems. You will combine sound judgment, practical operations, and clear communication to help the platform grow responsibly. This is an early-stage role with direct access to the founding team and meaningful ownership of policy and execution.

What You Will Do

• Own day-to-day trust & safety and community operations across FeverHub and its official communities.

• Create and maintain community guidelines, moderation policies, enforcement procedures, escalation paths, and appeals workflows.

• Triage reports involving spam, scams, harassment, impersonation, fraud, non-consensual content, suspected minors, illegal content, and intellectual property complaints.

• Coordinate urgent incidents with product, engineering, leadership, and legal counsel when appropriate.

• Improve age-gating, consent, uploader accountability, repeat-offender, and evidence-retention workflows.

• Build moderation queues, service-level targets, quality reviews, audit records, and weekly safety reporting.

• Recruit, train, and support moderators or community operators as the platform grows.

• Communicate policy decisions clearly and professionally to creators and users.

• Partner with product teams to turn recurring safety issues into product improvements.

• Track report volume, response time, enforcement accuracy, appeals, repeat abuse, and community health.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in trust & safety, content moderation, community operations, platform integrity, risk operations, or a related field.

• Experience writing policies and turning them into consistent, documented operational decisions.

• Strong judgment, calm incident response, attention to detail, and clear written communication.

• Familiarity with creator platforms, social video, AI-generated content, subscriptions, or adult-content safety is a plus.

• Comfortable using data and case reviews to improve policies, tools, and team performance.

• Able to protect confidential information and work independently in a fast-moving early-stage environment.

• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Must be 18+ and comfortable with professional exposure to lawful, age-gated adult content and potentially disturbing user reports.

Location and Employment

Full-time, on-site in LA County, California.

Compensation

Base salary: $75,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and fit. Equity is negotiable.
