🤖 What you will do
Responsible for ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with current policies & procedures;
Assess potential risks to the platform, develop risk mitigation strategies;
Manage, recruit and build processes and tools for the moderation department;
Participate in building and implementing community policies.
👾 What you will need
3+ years of experience in this position or related field;
1+ years of experience in a Team Leader role;
Deep understanding of online safety issues, especially in the social media space;
Ability to lead, manage and develop a team of staff;
Experience in product development or familiarity with business analysis in products is an advantage;
Use measurement tools, and build indicators to evaluate work performance.
