Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Trust & Safety / Risk Operations Specialist. The position involves monitoring and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with platform policies, managing trust and safety concerns, and addressing challenges related to fraud, abuse, and disputes. The Specialist will also analyze data to identify trends, create risk prevention strategies, and maintain secure and transparent operations.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and trend identification
Knowledge of trusts and estate planning is desirable
Proficiency in finance-related processes and risk management principles
Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, to address concerns with stakeholders professionally
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and dynamic environment
Prior experience in trust and safety, risk operations, or a related field is a plus
