We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Program Manager to drive and coordinate safety initiatives; with an express focus on developing and implementing team systems of portfolio management and supporting interpersonal and child safety areas of need. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of trust and safety issues, exceptional program management skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of key initiatives prioritized for the Trust & Safety team while also development and management the overall team management system for the Program office and support of intake and evaluation for interpersonal and child safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Program Execution: Clear facility for managing multiple tracks of work related to process development, workforce planning and health, and project execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally across Apple to leverage collective skills and intelligence including Threat Analysts, Risk Evaluations,
- Complexity reduction and delivery: Establishing clear goals and ensure visibility and alignment while eliminating complexity and ambiguity.
- Technical Understanding: Develop in-depth understanding of Apple's program management systems and tools, to complement your understanding of key components for efficient procedure and governance.
- Team Management System Vision & Strategy: Help define and implement vision and strategy broad portfolio management and systems.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot, and unblock issues.
- Communication & Collaboration: Connect with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executives.
- Legal & Compliance: Collaborate closely with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to design and implement solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of program management experience with consumer-facing online safety efforts, with a strong preference for trust and safety experience in user reporting features and functionalities.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools with a demonstrated track record of running complex, cross-functional projects, in fast paced environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Self-starting, self-directed, and results-oriented.
Strong technical proficiency and attention to detail.
Understanding of big data and machine learning systems, tools, and technologies.

Trust and Safety experience strongly preferred.
