We are looking for a hands-on and client-facing Trust & Safety Solutions Consultant to help design and support scalable digital safety solutions for global clients. In this role, you will work closely with operations, technology, and cross-functional teams to support Trust & Safety initiatives related to content moderation, digital risk, fraud prevention, online safety, and AI-enabled operations.

What will you do?

Trust & Safety Solutions

• Support the design and implementation of Trust & Safety solutions for global clients

• Help build scalable operational models combining people, processes, technology, automation, and analytics

• Support initiatives related to content moderation, fraud prevention, misinformation mitigation, platform integrity, and digital safety

• Contribute to operational improvements and scalable workflows across Trust & Safety environments

Client-Facing & Operational Support

• Participate in solution workshops and client presentations

• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to support operational and strategic initiatives

• Help translate client needs into scalable operational solutions

• Support solution proposals and client-facing discussions

Innovation & Digital Operations

• Collaborate with teams supporting AI-enabled operations and innovation initiatives

• Stay updated on Trust & Safety trends, digital risk, online safety, and emerging technologies

• Support technology-driven operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Operations, Business, Communications, or related fields

• 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, digital risk, fraud prevention, online safety, platform integrity, or related environments

• Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams

• Hands-on mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Experience in operational, consulting, solutioning, or support environments

• Advanced English level
