WHY WE NEED YOU?

Our growth drives us to strengthen the Trust & Safety team to protect our users, maintain service integrity, and ensure compliance with legal obligations.

Your mission will be to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, manage abuse cases, and maintain the reputation of our IPs. You will contribute to improving our internal processes, handling sensitive content, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We work in a collaborative environment where diversity of backgrounds and a sharing mindset help us deliver high-impact projects every day.

You will join a small, agile team of 4 members plus a manager, and work closely with the Trust & Safety team as well as other departments across Scaleway. The team operates in rotating shifts and focuses on protecting the company, its customers, and its infrastructure.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE :


Monitor, detect, and respond to fraud and abuse incidents
Handle disputes and liaise with clients regarding sensitive cases
Ensure compliance with legal obligations and company policies
Manage the reputation of IPs and prevent service misuse
Collaborate with other teams to implement risk mitigation strategies
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and operational effectiveness
Occasionally handle sensitive content, including violent, extremist, or illegal material



ABOUT YOU:

💻 Hardskills
Junior / Medium experience in support, fraud prevention, or abuse management.

Familiarity with handling customer disputes and complaints in production environments.

Comfortable using internal tools and processes for monitoring and mitigation.

Knowledge of legal obligations related to internet services and data management.

French nationality required (legal obligations).

Softskills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Creative, proactive, and adaptable in problem-solving.

Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations.

Curiosity and willingness to learn.
