Trust & Safety Specialist (Account Review)

Responsibilities:

●Handle user complaints related to account reviews, such as account ban. (This is not a customer service role, no direct interaction with user required)

●Review accounts and make decisions based on platform policies and guideline;

●Collaborate with relevant teams to identify process imrpovements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in appeals handling workflow.

Requirements:

●Diploma's degree and above in any discipline;

●At least 6 months of experience in account review, fraud or risk detection, or a similar role;

●Familarity with common types of online fraus;

●Detail-oriented, patient, and able to perform well udner pressure in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment

●Willingness to work in shifts or on public holiday is preferred
