Job Title: Trust & Safety Specialist (Boutique CSAM & CSEM Review Pod)

Location: KL Sentral (Nearest to Public Transportation)

Basic Salary Range: RM 6,500 - RM 8,500

Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts & 5 Days Work 2 Days Off Rotational

Intake Date: End of April 2026

We are expanding our specialist Trust & Safety team and are looking for experienced professionals to handle high-risk, sensitive CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) & CSEM (Child Sexual Exploitation Material) casework.

About the Role

This is not general content moderation. You will act as a final decision-maker on complex appeals and investigations, requiring advanced judgment, ethical reasoning, and high-context analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review escalated CSAM/CSEM appeals and make final decisions

• Conduct deep-dive investigations into user behaviour and risk signals

• Apply judgment in ambiguous, policy-grey scenarios

• Identify policy gaps and contribute to safety improvements

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance & Policy stakeholders

Preferred Education Backgrounds (Under Bachelors Degree)

• Law / Law Enforcement (Cybercrime, Child Protection)

• Psychology / Clinical / Social Work

• Public Policy / Governance / Research

• Trust & Safety / Child-Safety NGOs
