Responsibilities
Review user-generated content on WeChat’s public-facing features, including profile pictures, Moments posts, and shared external links;
Conduct manual spot checks of AI model-generated results to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal policies;
Label and curate training data to support the development of content moderation models;
Review user appeals related to content enforcement actions and make informed decisions based on platform guidelines;
Collaborate with policy and operations teams to refine content review standards and improve review efficiency and quality.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify policy-violating content across various content types
Good understanding of online content ecosystems and familiarity with social media
platforms;
Proficient in reading and understanding complex content in Mandarin Chinese;
Reliable, responsible, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy;
Comfortable with potential weekend shift work and able to work under pressure;
At least 1 year of prior experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or a related field is
preferred.
