Manage a dynamic workload of inquiries, investigations, and communications, ensuring responsive and timely follow-through.
Review partner-reported issues or concerns, assess their impact, and escalate them where appropriate, using discretion and care.
Leverage internal systems and external context to build a well-rounded view of each case and stay informed on best practices in trust & safety.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and fair application of policies across all regions and scenarios.
