AI Compliance Product Manager - Financial Promotions

What You Will Do

As a Product Manager within Partner Compliance, you will own the roadmap for Klarna’s Financial Promotions monitoring automation platform, building scalable capabilities that enable compliance without increasing operational overhead. This position sits at the intersection of compliance, product, and technology, where you will translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and drive delivery in close collaboration with engineering teams. You will integrate AI and automation to improve detection quality, expand the platform across multiple markets, and ensure outputs meet high regulatory standards. Acting as the compliance voice in technical discussions, you will guide prioritization, define quality metrics, and continuously enhance the platform to stay ahead of evolving regulatory and technological landscapes.

Who You Are

• Experience in product management, project delivery, or a related field within compliance, fintech, or regulatory technology
• Ability to translate regulatory or compliance requirements into clear product specifications and drive delivery with engineering teams
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools, with a strong interest in applying them to compliance monitoring
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills across cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail combined with the ability to think strategically and build scalable solutions
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes
  
  

Awesome to have

• Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning to compliance, trust and safety, or content moderation use cases
• Experience building or managing compliance automation or regulatory monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with FCA Financial Promotions regulation or equivalent frameworks across key markets
• Experience working with third-party agents or vendors in quality assurance or governance contexts
• Exposure to multi-market product delivery with varying regulatory requirements
