Key Responsibilit

  • iesReview and evaluate user-generated content, including videos, images, text, live streams, and audio, in accordance with client policies, community guidelines, and legal requiremen
  • ts.Ensure accurate content classification, labeling, and moderation decisions while maintaining high levels of quality and consisten
  • cy.Identify content that may violate platform policies, safety standards, or regulatory requirements and take appropriate action based on established procedur
  • es.Help protect platform users by proactively detecting and mitigating potentially harmful, abusive, or inappropriate conte
  • nt.Investigate and resolve user inquiries related to content moderation decisions, account enforcement actions, abuse reports, and appea
  • ls.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to strengthen platform trust, user safety, and brand reputati
