Role Description The Content Moderation role focuses on monitoring and reviewing live streaming content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, platform policies, and local regulations. Responsibilities include assessing user-generated content for safety, appropriateness, and quality, as well as identifying and escalating high-risk content or policy violations. The role involves collaborating with other moderation and support teams to maintain a positive, inclusive environment for users and streamers. Fresh graduates will receive guidance and training to help develop judgment, consistency, and familiarity with platform standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly with team members and follow moderation procedures.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills to document cases, prepare reports, and contribute to clear internal guidelines.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to understand platform objectives and help organize and maintain content workflows.
• Candidates should have B2-level English proficiency, with the ability to read, interpret, and apply content policies accurately.
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work with sensitive or potentially disturbing content in a professional manner.
• Candidates should be fresh graduates or early-career professionals, comfortable with shift-based work and fast-paced online environments.
• Candidates with familiarity with live streaming platforms, social media trends, or content moderation tools will be considered an advantage.

Native-level Arabic; understanding Gulf, Levantine or other dialects is a plus

Good English: able to read policies and talk with the team in English

1–2 years of content moderation / trust & safety experience, ideally on social, live-streaming or gaming apps. Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome

University degree (any major)

Quick learner with sharp judgment who adapts fast to new rules, tasks and shifts

Able to handle sensitive or disturbing content (nudity, violence, hate speech) calmly and professionally

Knowledge of regional and world affairs (political figures, flags, symbols) is a plus
