Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Content Moderator role based in Dublin. The Content Moderator will review, filter, and assess user-generated content in German, Dutch, Hebrew, and selected African languages to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal standards. Responsibilities include identifying and escalating potentially harmful or sensitive content, applying moderation policies consistently, and maintaining accurate records of actions taken. The role involves responding to content-related inquiries, providing clear feedback to internal teams, and contributing to the refinement of moderation workflows. The Content Moderator will collaborate closely with support, technical, and training teams to improve user safety and overall content quality.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to assess content, identify patterns, and make informed moderation decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and empathetically.
  • Basic technical support skills to navigate moderation tools, platforms, and reporting systems.
  • Experience in or aptitude for training, knowledge sharing, and supporting colleagues on moderation policies.
  • Fluency or strong proficiency in German, Dutch, Hebrew, and at least one African language, plus good command of English.
  • Attention to detail, high ethical standards, and ability to work with potentially distressing content while maintaining resilience.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, trust and safety, customer support, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dublin, follow shift schedules, and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
