We are looking for a Threat Intelligence & Takedown Analyst to join our growing Brand Protection and Threat Intelligence team.

About the Role

You will own the end-to-end takedown lifecycle for customer threats from identifying malicious domains, phishing websites, and fraudulent social media profiles to coordinating their removal and keeping customers informed.

You'll work closely with our EASM and Brand Protection teams and interact with registrars, hosting providers, CERTs, and platform Trust & Safety teams.

What You'll Do

• Investigate and manage takedowns of phishing sites, typosquatting/lookalike domains, and fraudulent social media accounts.
• Coordinate abuse reports with registrars, hosting providers, CERTs, and platforms including Meta, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and app stores.
• Monitor and analyze dark web intelligence, including leaked credentials, exposed data, and brand mentions.
• Investigate alerts from our EASM and Brand Protection platform and filter false positives.
• Track cases from detection through successful takedown and maintain accurate records against SLAs.
• Communicate findings, actions, and progress clearly to customers.
• Continuously improve and document takedown processes and playbooks.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Threat Intelligence, Brand Protection, SOC, Trust & Safety, or Digital Risk Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Understanding of DNS, WHOIS, domains, registrars, hosting, and abuse-reporting processes.
• Exposure to Dark Web monitoring and OSINT.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and follow through until resolution.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced SaaS environment is a plus.
