Content Moderator – Spanish Speaker (Dublin, Ireland)

Job Overview
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Content Moderators to join our growing team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior contact center or BPO experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, policy-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and moderate content in Spanish according to established policies and guidelines
Identify and take action on content that violates platform standards
Make accurate and consistent decisions while meeting quality and productivity targets
Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content in a professional manner
Escalate complex cases when required
Work closely with team leads and quality teams to maintain high standards
Requirements
Native or fluent Spanish (C2)
English level B2 or higher
Minimum 6 months of experience in a Contact Center or BPO environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to work on-site in Dublin
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
Nice to Have
Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or social media support
Familiarity with online community standards and digital platforms
