About the Role In this role, you’ll act as a quality gatekeeper for AI conversations. Your work will directly impact how AI understands context, expresses empathy, and adapts to different audiences.

What You’ll Do

Audit AI text for tone accuracy, emotional intelligence, and contextual fit

Identify common conversational issues (e.g., over-explaining, lack of personality)

Develop creative prompts and examples that guide AI behavior

Analyze humor, pop culture references, and archetype-based communication

Participate in calibration sessions to ensure rubric alignment

What You Bring

Mastery of conversational English with cultural nuance awareness

Ability to interpret complex instructions and apply them consistently

Confidence in balancing creativity with analytical evaluation

Awareness of trends in entertainment, social media, and storytelling
