Job Overview
We are seeking a Group Voice & Text Content Moderation Specialist to help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment on our social platform. Based in Jakarta, this role is responsible for moderating both live group voice chat rooms and text-based content, including chat messages, session titles, and related user-generated content. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live group voice chat rooms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies
- Review and moderate text-based content, including in-session chat messages, room titles, descriptions, and other user-generated text
- Take appropriate moderation actions such as warnings, muting, content removal, or user suspension based on violations
- Handle and review user reports accurately and within defined service-level timelines
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases according to internal procedures
- Maintain clear and accurate records of moderation decisions and actions
- Identify recurring issues, abuse patterns, or policy gaps and provide feedback to the moderation and operations teams
- Support moderation coverage during peak hours, special events, and high-traffic periods

Requirements
- Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, or willing to work onsite as required
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
- Chinese language proficiency is a plus
- Strong listening comprehension and reading skills, with the ability to process content quickly and accurately
- Comfortable moderating both voice-based and text-based user-generated content
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good judgment, emotional resilience, and the ability to remain objective in sensitive situations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, community operations, or customer support
- Familiarity with social, live audio, or chat-based platforms
- Experience working in a shift-based or operations environment
- Knowledge of online safety standards, harassment prevention, or platform governance
