Muzz is looking for an experienced and empathetic Head of Product to build and lead our product management function. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be a key member of our product leadership team, responsible for translating our company’s vision into a clear, actionable product strategy that drives our growth and serves our 15 million members.

This is a unique opportunity to build a world-class product culture from the ground up in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

What we're looking for
We are looking for a passionate and strategic leader with a deep-seated empathy for the user. You will have a demonstrated ability to translate high-level business goals and vague problem spaces into a clear, actionable product strategy and roadmap.

As a natural mentor, you will have a passion for developing talent and will be responsible for building our product management team from scratch.

Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to articulate a clear vision, influence peers across the business, and get buy-in from executive stakeholders, including the CEO and CTO.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision: Understand our growth map, own the product roadmap, and build quarterly initiatives for the product squads to execute on.
Leadership & Management: Build our product management team from the ground up. You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and performance managing the PMs operating across the business.
Execution: Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the central Product Strategy squad, which includes User Research and Product Analytics.
Insight-Driven Prioritisation: Prioritise User Research and Product Analytics projects to ensure we are focused on the most impactful work. Listen to member feedback via the Head of Support and prioritise accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Heads of Support and Trust & Safety to ensure their tooling needs are met and any safety or compliance concerns are prioritised.
Product Delivery Lifecycle: Communicate initiatives clearly to squads, be involved in the early design stages to ensure solutions solve for the core problem, and lead the post-project analysis to determine the impact and next steps.
Driving Growth: Drive the key results for the product organisation, including metrics such as user engagement, retention, feature adoption, and conversion rates.
Customer messaging: Working with Product Marketing to ensure our features and customer journeys are well positioned for our members
