About Us

We’re an early‑stage startup on a mission to 10× the productivity and quality of Trust & Safety (T&S) operations for online platforms. Our proprietary agentic AI co‑pilot plugs seamlessly into existing enterprise tools, learns like a human reviewer, and autonomously moderates at scale—freeing teams to focus on nuanced policy decisions.

The Role

As Founding Engineer, you will own core product and infrastructure decisions from day one—shaping everything from our LLM‑fine‑tuning stack to browser automation pipelines. You’ll collaborate directly with the founder, influence go‑to‑market strategy, and hire the next wave of engineers.

Designing and implementing AI algorithms.

Fine tuning LLMs.

Building front end application for Mac.

Building backend services.

Agents and Browser automation.

Qualifications

1-5 yers of industry experience building software or AI products

Experience (or strong interest to learn on the job) in building agents and LLMs

Proven ability to design and implement AI algorithms

Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills

Ability to work on-site in Redmond, WA (3 days in office)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary of $80K to $160K annually

Equity of 0% to 1% (vesting over 3 years with one year cliff and then quarterly).
