About AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) Team

The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data
annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can
also help international products build their own data ecological security.

We are seeking a Labeling Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to directly support our Prompt Engineering team, which is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. They will do so by creating ad policies, managing content review processes, and more.

Responsibilities
1. Act as quality auditor to check BPO vendor's quality result and ensure overall monetization quality and security;
2. Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver clear insights on performance, define goals, and drive improvements;
3. Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to relevant quality related needs;
4. Participate in training and quality calibrations with BPO vendor teams to continuously drive their policy and SOP understanding and quality result;
5. Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Fluency in English as a working language to effectively conduct quality reviews.
2. Prior Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Audit/Quality Governance, and Content Moderation Policy & SOP training.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Proven experience with quality audit and quality management.
2. Proven experience to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail.
3. Proven experience to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
4. Additional Language Requirement: Proficiency in one or more of the following languages in order to moderate content in specific market (eg: Arabic, or Spanish).
