Master's degree in education, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience as a curriculum manager, instructional designer, technical writer, or in a related learning and enablement field.
Experience designing and developing learning and enablement assets (e.g., course content, job aids, assessments, documentation, etc.).
Experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in overseeing large scale learning and knowledge operations.
Experience managing content development lifecycles.
Experience in leading a team.
Understanding of instructional design principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

As a manager, you support team members to exercise independent thinking and make rapid progress towards goals. Working closely with your team to deliver results, you remove roadblocks and ensure that projects and tasks are appropriately resourced.

The Trust and Safety Solutions Learning and Enablement team's mission is to enable high-quality enforcement with a reliable, accessible knowledge ecosystem built on collaboration, expertise, and a focus on the learner. We partner with teams in Trust and Safety to scope, build, evaluate, and maintain knowledge used to enable content moderators, analysts, and product and engineering teams to understand how to deliver trusted and safe experiences to all of Google's users.

In this role, you will lead a team of Curriculum Managers and the enablement strategy for Trust and Safety review operations across multiple Google product areas.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Trust and Safety Enforcement, Policy, and Service Delivery Operations teams to enable our knowledge ecosystem for multiple Google product areas.
Develop and drive learning strategies that meet stakeholder needs and scale across the team.
Develop a team of Learning and Enablement professionals.
Manage and communicate to a multi-dimensional network of stakeholders at all levels. Craft and present compelling impact narratives supporting learning and knowledge in an operational environment.
Drive the design, development and implementation of new hire training programs to shorten ramp time, and improve quality.
