Role Description
This full-time role is located on-site in Tempe, AZ. Responsibilities include managing daily tasks in Digital CX, Trust & Safety, AI Services, Risk + Response, and Consulting to support partner interests. The role involves leveraging technology and data to drive innovation and long-term success for our partners.

Qualifications
Experience in Digital CX, Trust & Safety, and Risk + Response
Familiarity with AI Services and Consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
