About the Role

We are hiring multilingual speakers to join international teams across Customer Support and Content Moderation projects in Greece.
This is a multi-project recruitment campaign, offering opportunities primarily in Athens and Thessaloniki, with relocation support available depending on the project. Additional projects are also available in Portugal (Lisbon), mainly for French-speaking candidates.

Languages We Are Hiring For
You only need to speak ONE of the following languages fluently:
German

Projects support well-known international brands in tech, travel, e-commerce, and digital platforms.

What You Will Do
Support customers or platform users via chat, email, and/or phone
Review and moderate content according to clear guidelines (for CM roles)
Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards
Follow structured processes and best practices
Deliver a professional and people-first customer experience

What We Are Looking For
Fluent/ near native in one of the listed languages
Solid knowledge in English (B2)
Previous experience with customer interaction would be a plus
Open-minded and comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
