We are looking for a motivated Operations Support Specialist to join our Trust & Safety team. You will help protect our platform by supporting fraud prevention efforts, assisting in investigations, and enforcing safety policies. Working with global teams, you'll analyze data, spot suspicious activity, and help keep our platform safe and secure for all users.
RESPONSIBILITIES: TASKS AND FUNCTIONS
• Conduct a weekly review and investigation of the enforcement center for suspected fraudulent taskers.
• Review reported accounts for fraudulent activities.
• Analyze data and use fraud detection tools to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, and trends.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of investigations, findings, and evidence for legal and reporting purposes.
• Support team initiatives.
• Responsible for time-sensitive and confidential materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in quality assurance or queue management.
