Content moderators serve as an important line of defense by helping improve the quality and safety of online content while gaining hands-on job experience. You will deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.

You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. Are you an experienced FinOps professional looking to take your expertise to the next level? Do you want to shape the cloud financial management strategies of industry-leading clients, while helping them drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability on a global scale?

Join Accenture Cloud First Design as a Senior FinOps Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of financial governance, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in the cloud era.

As a senior FinOps consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them transform how they manage cloud costs and align their financial strategies with evolving business goals. You’ll bridge the gap between technology, finance, and operations — not only driving best practices but also leading change across people, processes, and IT platforms. Your holistic view of cloud financial management will directly impact clients’ digital maturity, financial health, and sustainability goals.

Alongside project delivery, you’ll mentor junior team members, contribute to the growth of our FinOps practice, and shape strategic initiatives that position Accenture as a market leader in cloud financial development and operations.

People

In your role as a senior consultant, you'll lead diverse, cross-functional teams and work closely with client stakeholders from finance, IT, and business domains. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them navigate cloud financial strategies with confidence. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior team members, supporting their development and growth as FinOps professionals.

Processes

You’ll take ownership of complex FinOps engagements, from improving cloud cost visibility and implementing showback/chargeback models, to running maturity assessments and redesigning operating models. Your work will involve defining the right KPIs and metrics, selecting and implementing the right tools, and aligning FinOps practices with each client’s specific needs. Change management will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you'll help clients embed FinOps into their culture, development and operations.

Technology

You will work across a variety of cloud environments, including multi- and hybrid-cloud landscapes, providing technology-agnostic advice and implementation support. By evaluating and integrating cloud financial management tools into broader IT ecosystems, you’ll help clients optimize spend while maintaining control and flexibility. Your deep technical insight will also be key to guiding architectural and platform-level decisions that align with FinOps principles.

Sustainability and FinOps

Help clients with navigating the balance between sustainability and FinOps, how the two can co-exist and contribute to a greener world and help clients understand when the two are on opposite sides and the impact of the choices they are making on either sustainability or FinOps.
