Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Experience in development and usage of Large Language Models (LLMs) in operations.
  • Experience in SQL.
  • Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotations, weekends, and holiday hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in relevant field.
  • 6 years of experience in content policy, anti-abuse or customer support operations, and reviewing content or answering user questions, and working with vendors.
  • Experience with, or education in machine learning.
  • Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
