About the team
The T&S Evaluation and Investigation team, working closely with the Search team, taking the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluating the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with PM and RD teams to define the experience optimization strategy for key content types within search, driving improvements in key product metrics.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify key opportunities for improvement on the entire lifecycle of specific content types in search, from content supply to distribution and user experience.
- Utilize user feedback, data analysis, and case studies to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive tangible improvements to the content ecosystem and user experience.
- Independently manage search-related evaluation projects from initial planning through execution, ensuring high-quality analytical outputs and actionable recommendations.
- Establish and refine operational standards, evaluation methodologies, and SOPs related to search evaluation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a bridge between technical and operational teams, facilitating effective communication, training, and standardization initiatives to ensure the consistent implementation of experience improvements and supply strategies.
- Drive efficiency improvements by driving the optimization of operational infrastructure, tools, and processes, ensuring timely delivery.
- Efficiently manage ad-hoc tasks and urgent business requests related to search projects, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to use it as a working language. This is because candidates must actively communicate with business stakeholders using Chinese. The business level Chinese language skill is essential as this role entails the communication between stakeholders in markets that use Mandarin.
- Minimum 2 years of operational experience in technology or digital media.

Preferred Qualifications
- Solid understanding of search engine mechanisms and familiarity with TikTok or similar social media platforms; sensitive to user behavior, content ecosystems, and opportunities for user growth.
- Strong analytical capabilities, adept at leveraging data-driven insights to identify issues, influence strategic decisions, and drive effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and to manage cross-functional operational efforts. Project management experience will be preferred.
- Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
