About the Role


This position is also open in Singapore; Beijing, China; Shanghai, China. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly execution-focused Safety Policy Operations Manager to join our international Trust and Safety team.


In this role, you will be responsible for risk monitoring, emergency response, and operational optimization across our global content platform, ensuring content safety, user protection, and regulatory compliance worldwide.



Responsibilities



  • Risk Monitoring & Response
  • Establish and maintain a risk early warning system to enable early detection and rapid response to critical risks.
  • Oversee daily risk data monitoring to promptly identify violations, anomalous user behavior, fraudulent attacks, and other issues.
  • Coordinate resources and drive emergency mitigation efforts.


  • Risk Strategy Implementation
  • Collaborate closely with frontline moderation teams to ensure risk strategies are practical and actionable across different markets.
  • Conduct regular reviews of risk cases, proposing recommendations for process optimization and strategy iteration.


  • Data Analysis & Effectiveness Evaluation
  • Uncover potential risk patterns and identify emerging violation trends through data analysis.
  • Develop monitoring metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts and produce risk analysis reports to support issue diagnosis and decision-making.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Algorithm, and DS teams to drive the development of tool-based and automated risk identification and interception capabilities.
  • Assist product teams by translating frontline operational insights into actionable product feature requirements.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field (background in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, or Public Administration is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in internet risk control, operations, or content moderation; global or cross-border business experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of content safety, fraudulent tactics, and common risk types, with proven experience in managing complex risks.
  • Strong data analysis skills, high execution ability, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the capacity to drive rapid implementation of solutions under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, adaptable to cross-cultural team collaboration across multiple time zones.



Preferred Skills



  • Experience in Trust & Safety operations, risk control operations, or anti-fraud for content platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with Policy teams, moderation teams, vendor teams, or cross-country teams.
  • Participation in risk governance projects within major Internet companies or content communities.
