As the Senior Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building the future of safety risk

management at Keeta.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead data analysis and modeling for platform risk scenarios
  • Conduct risk identification, classification, and early-warning analysis across rider/driver/courier, merchant, and customer segments.
  • Perform bottom-up data discovery and metric construction
  • Conduct in-depth EDA using raw mobility/delivery platform data (orders, location traces, incentives, behavioral logs).
  • Build standardized risk metrics, operational metrics, behavior features, and monitoring indicators from the ground up.
  • Apply top-down business perspective to drive strategy and execution
  • Work closely with product, operations, policy, and risk teams to translate high-level business goals into measurable and actionable metrics.
  • Drive 0→1 metric system design for new markets or new products, and evolve metrics for rapid growth and later-stage refinement.
  • Develop dashboards and risk monitoring systems
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards to monitor key risk, quality, safety, and operational metrics.
  • Detect anomalies, conduct root-cause analysis, and support incident response and post-mortem reviews.
  • Support cross-functional decision making and risk strategy design
  • Provide data-driven insights to support risk mitigation strategies, counter-measure design, operational policy updates, and business optimization.
  • Evaluate the impact of policy or product changes, and create closed-loop measurement frameworks.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, Data Science, or related fields.


Technical Skills


  • Proficient in SQL and Python/R for data processing, modeling, and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning methods (logistic regression, decision trees, anomaly detection, clustering) is preferred.
  • Strong ability to understand raw data structures and build robust metric definitions.
  • Risk Experience (Core Requirement)
  • Experience in risk analytics, trust & safety, fraud detection, operational risk, or platform governance—preferably in mobility, delivery, or other two-sided marketplace industries.
  • Familiar with risk assessment lifecycle: identification → quantification → monitoring → mitigation.
  • Bottom-Up Analytical Capability
  • Ability to investigate raw data (orders, trajectory data, incentives, cancellations, GPS signals, courier/driver behavior) and derive structured metrics and actionable insights.
  • Top-Down Business and Strategy Thinking
  • Ability to understand business models such as supply-demand balancing, delivery SLA, driver/courier incentives, merchant performance, and safety/quality frameworks.
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling 0→1→N metric systems supporting business objectives.
  • Project Experience (strong preferred but not necessary)
  • Experience supporting new market entry, new product launches, or rapid-scale operations is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
